This great recipe gives all of the flavour of a traditional Bhoona recipe but with very little effort and as such it is a definite favourite of ours!

The word Bhoona comes from the Urdu and Hindi term for the process of frying a ground spice paste in hot oil, releasing the essential oils within the paste thus giving the curry it full flavour. 

Contains three sets of spice blends (one set for each time you cook) and an easy to follow recipe card that tells you exactly what you need with regards to your fresh ingredients and step by step instructions so that perfect results are guaranteed every time you cook.
