This Curry is a true favourite of ours and best part of the nations too, being the third most popular curry in the UK at the moment only just being pipped at the post by Tikka Masala and Korma. With it’s origins firmly rooted in the Kashmiri cooking of northern Pakistan, it was brought over here and famously started it’s new life being cooked in suburbs of Birmingham in the 70’s and has fast taken over the rest of the UK with it’s medium heat and wonderful flavour.
This version takes a little bit of time to prep up but once you’re cooking it couldn’t be easier! Serve with Pilau Rice and Garlic Nan .
